How do we import products?
Once your account is created using a unique Auto Care Brand ID, you can upload existing PIES and ACES XML files or use our simple Microsoft Excel template to onboard existing information.
Do I need to license Auto Care databases?
Access to query the databases is included. The average savings is $7200 annually for PIES, ACES, VCdb, Medium & Light duty VCdb, PAdb and Qdb.
Who owns my data?
You always retain full ownership and control of your data. Only suppliers can approve receivers and you will always have access to your most recent version.
Are there any hidden fees?
There are no hidden fees.
